Rolls-Royce Ghost debuts in AP

Hyderabad, July 22 : Rolls-Royce Motor Cars (Headquarters: Goodwood, West Sussex, United Kingdompreviewed its new four-door super-luxury saloon, Ghost, for the first time at the Hyderabad International Auto Show 2010 on Thursday.The car was unveiled by the show's Chief Guest, K. Rosaiah, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, and Sharad Kachalia, Director of Marketing, Navnit Motors Pvt. Ltd, the authorised Rolls-Royce Motor Cars dealership for Mumbai at the Rolls-Royce exhibition stand (A29).Ghost is smaller and more dynamic than previous models but is instantly recognisable as a Rolls-Royce.Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Asia Pacific Regional Director Paul Harris said: "Over the first half of this year, we saw unprecedented demand for our cars in India with both Ghost and Phantom helping to drive strong sales growth in the Asia Pacific region. India will be a significant market for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in the years to come. Ghost is a unique car in its segment that blends informality, refinement and dynamism for everyday use. " Ghost is the first in a new Rolls-Royce model series, which is separate from the Phantom family that comprises Phantom, Phantom Extended Wheelbase (four door saloons), Phantom Drophead Coupe (convertible) and Phantom Coupe (fixed roof).
